It's taking them forever to set up my VPS. The support rep I am speaking with is avoiding the question of when it will be set up. Let's see how this plays out...

As mentionned by a few of you already, we were facing IP syncronistation issues on a major IP range on the datacenter level. The issue is now sorted out.
We are slightly delayed in the orders as we have others default in some others IP ranges, but it shouldn't impact the delivery time by more than 12 hours.
Therefore, the current ETA for the set up of the VPS is 24 to 48 hours.
From tomorrow, it will be 24 to 36 hours maximum
The day after it should be less than 24 hours.
Following the significant amount of requests we have received from our users at the feedback email, the main aspect to improve remain the delivery time. Therefore, we have hired an employee stricly dedicated to the VPS creation.
We are currently resorbing the ordering queue to display greater delivery time in the next few days.
I registered and paid over 47hrs for the basic plan, level 1.
Haven't setup, and I will need to cover up the cost for what I've subscribe for too. 30 Days now become 28 days.
I planned to register 3 month, but the coupon insisted it only worked for 1st month, I'm glad I didn't paid for it yet.
If the server hasn't setup by tomorrow, I will request a refund and move to a next one.

Feel free to add me on skype so we can talk about it. We generally restrict the number of IPs to 8 but with proper reasons it could be extendable. Just let me know about it.

Otherwise, dealing with the delivery timing, it is currently under 24 hours. It might go up to 36 hours on Friday giving a few planned maintenance we would need to perform.

I've set up a test pitting Host-Stage against Skytop to see who offers a better VPS solution. Going to do a blog post on setup times, speeds, costs, and a range of other areas. Here's to the best VPS winning (so far neither has set up my VPS but Host-Stage has Skytop beat in price). Let the games begin!
