System is bit weak no way to select my own proxies and have to submit a support ticket ... I want USA Proxies so no way for anyone to know that unless I submit a support ticket.

So suggest you update your system somewhat as other proxy providers are ahead of you there.

Anyway will see how long it takes for someone to get back to me.

Used my company paypal to pay - and used my name here - and they rejected the account.

I'll just use someone else - your interface is pretty lousy anyway.

(at least they answered my support ticket in about 5 minutes though)

Anyway thanks for suggestion, You have to think a little and not to be a robot ) there is a very big space left for you to write when you order and tell us what your requirements are, very simple. "Ex. i want my proxies to be only from US", if you want i can create you a screenshot ... again there is no need to open any ticket, just write when you order !

I do not understand why did you wrote 4 comments on the same thread about nothing? or you didnt noticed the edit button ? or you want to make as many post as you can ? I do not get it ... I supposed that the 1700 posts you have are made like this ones, from this thread, right ?
I guess you are upset because we refused you, so don't be, there are a lot of proxies providers out there ... good luck in finding a good one !

Hi and thank you for your interest ...
We do not have shared proxies from UK, only dedicated ones ...
google after a few searches is asking for captcha, after a few more searches is it will temporary ban the ip (you need to read more about scrapebox in order to create a safe campaign and avoid getting temporary ban from google), if you are using shared proxies the success rate is much lower cause there are possibilities that the other shared proxies users to use the same proxies on another google campaigns ... We recommend to get dedicated private proxies !

I'm not upset at all - I used my Company Email to Pay - which I do for every expense I make in IM - which I'm sure 99/100 other people do if they own a company ... for my user name I used my name here which I do for every other service I buy so people know its me ... but you rejected the account.

There is no need to suggest anything personal or me having some other motive - I wanted to buy a service from you that you advertise you provide .. I was unable to do so -- despite spending hundreds of dollars a month with other people in the BHW BST Thread area with never a problem.

Like I said your Customer Interface is behind other Proxy Providers so in the long run it was probably better I use someone else anyway -- because I would have to create a ticket each time with you.

So yeah I'm providing my 100% honest feedback from my experience with you -- if you don't like it -- then perhaps relook at your customer service and your interfaces and make it a more business like experience dealing with you.

the coupon code is valid only for new customers, if you wasn't able to make the purchase using your payoneer card no problem, the order is still valid and the invoice is also unpaid, all you have to do is to choose form the invoice to pay it using another method of payment, there is no need to place a new order, there is nothing we have to fix ...

again you didnt get it ...
you do not have to open any tickets, all you have to do is, when you order, you have to write for what do you need the proxies and requirements, simple as that ...

If there was an additional information box - there was nothing telling me I couldn't choose my proxies - so that I needed to specify what I wanted up front .. so once I went past there - I had to submit a ticket .. and then subsequently a ticket each time for anything else -- rather than what most people do - where I can just select what I want...... anyway that's how you want to do it - fine.

We are not affiliated with any software companies like Ultimate Demon ...
also there are thousands of software out there, what you like us to do, is to write a list of software so that our clients can choose? this is impossible, this is the reason we thought from the beginning that is more good for our customers to write for what exactly do they need the proxies or any other additional notes, rather then place a lot of software names as check-boxes or drop-downs ...
and again our customers can choose the proxies locations between United States and Europe and for some proxies packages they can choose US Cities for their proxies...

You might want to rewrite that because it does not read that way, a one time discount means you can use it anytime you wish but only one time, does not mean new customers only. Only reason I brought this up because I based my purchasing proxy from you because of this discount.

I bought a small package to test out the proxy before I purchase a larger package to use the 35% discount but when I went to apply the "One Time Discount" it was not available. So I do feel a lil cheated because your sales pitch is incorrect and I purchased proxy based on what the sale pitch said.

NOTE: proxy was great, and other then the misunderstanding of mislabeling I would recommend the proxies.
