Hi I haven't received a report. my ordered on 4th.

Just received my Grenade package and I'm very pleased.

They said "It usually takes 7-10 days to see the full effect of the package" but I've already noticed a jump in my rankings from page 2 to the third position on page 1.

They responded to my email the next day to fix a misspelling with the name of my product.

They do give a nice report with everything, including snapshots.

What's the status of my 2 orders? Communication is very poor. I've sent a few emails now asking what's going on and for the logins and I'm not getting a response.

I ordered 2 packages of 10 web 2.0s with 3 articles per month. So far I've seen only 1 package of 5 web 2.0s with 1 article on each. It's been almost a month now.

still no report in 23 days ,in this time i haven't build any link to my site and i see rank is going down,pls refund me if u can't send the report in max 24 hours.1-9 business days are gone long time ago.can't wait anymore.

i never had any doubt about the quality of your service was just taking too long cos u had to many orders but i suggest to take less orders,deliver in time and you will have 0 complaints and tons of happy customers.
all the properties are coppyscape passed ,some of them have 380 words and others around 480 words which is very good.
all the properties are LIVE and working.
i saw some small changes in serp but i am sure i will see serp will increase in next days , weeks.
i will order again for sure when u can guarantee you can deliver in TIME (just take less # of orders)

Thank you very much. We never want to decrease the quality despite we are swamped. Anyway, I'm not planing to run any further discounts/offers for Google Frontier so that we can maintain the standard delivery timeframes. Actually as this service is not automated, despite we give discounts, the costs remain the same for us :O

I have received my final report over the weekend. I have to give it to Dean and to Seolix - they delivered a very high quality work, and I don't say this lightly. I was hugely impressed by the articles on web 2.0 properties they have written, which were clearly done by someone with a superb command of English and the understanding of how make the text flow. The properties were nicely done, varied and to the point, they even created a video for me (a simple one, but I appreciated the touch all the more).

As others have pointed out, the communication has never been an issue, on the contrary, Dean and his team were always the first to get in touch with updates and partial reports, I was never the one constantly reaching out and begging for information regarding the project. Every update was informative and professional, and they made sure I understood that they welcome feedback.

The rankings are improving, and have been for some time. The keywords I target are competitive, so they have always been dancing, but the upward trend is unmistakable, and I hope to see even more changes now that the project is complete. All in all, I am blown away and have already ordered another service from Seolix. Five damn stars for them!
