I just wanted to Review this service with a little Honesty .........
I wish I could say that this service was bad just to stop everyone ordering and allowing Dean and his team to remain my hidden secret however that would simply be a LIE - This service is AWESOME - honestly I have no connection to Dean and his team other than 2 weeks ago i ordered a Nuclear package ....
Over the past 2 weeks I have been like many, a little nervous and chased via email to find out progress and I am sure this was a real pain for Dean and his team, however on each occasion they answered quickly and polity.
My brief for Dean and his team was a little complex however they have delivered PERFECTLY
The reports are outstanding and you are handed all of the data at the end of the project including the login details allowing you to upkeep the WEB 2.0 and even the email accounts created.
I have studied the reports (very professional and simply a touch of class compared to other reports i have been sent by other suppliers) and WOW the hard work that has been put in is shocking
100% Custom text (in some cases the English is a little strange but nothing worrying)

....... I ordered the service and I have read the reports, but im having a hard job convincing my mind that these links, web 2.0 etc are not natural as they look 100% random and perfectly natural ... damn their so good i would follow the link and buy my own product
I will give you all an update on the effect of the work in the next few weeks - but so far Dean and his team have surpassed my expectations.

What? That's just not true.
Look at the date of the paypal id.Hell look at page 11 in this thread - I posted on the 9th saying I had ordered. You even replied on the 11th, so where you got the 12th from I have no idea.
How you have the gall to lie about it so openly and then also accuse me of foul play is staggering. Hugely unprofessional. Some of the worst customer service I've encountered on BHW.
You failed to deliver the service in the time quoted and have made a myriad of excuses and lies about its delay. Please process a refund or I'll escalate a dispute.

I don't want to lie to you as you filled out the order form on 12th. It could be 11th depending where you are - there's an auto generated copy FYI. If you had filled out the form on the very same date you ordered, none of this would have happened. But since I promised on the forum that this wouldn't affect the delivery, and you don't seem to have any sort of understanding, I'm going to process this refund and mark this as a loss for us - 10 manually written articles, web 2.0s and social votes etc. because I want to live up to my word. Worst client ever so far for us, impatient and extremely unprofessional who doesn't even know how to properly respond to an email in the first place. I've served 1000s of clients on BHW alone, and BHW is a better place without these type of people.

Your reports will be sent out in 1-2 days; we've sent you updates via emails already. Anyway I'll be adding bonus to make up for the delays to add more value to you guys.
I haven't noticed anything in my rankings, but their timing did seem a bit off. I ordered July 1. Got my first update on July 4th. That seemed good so far. Was given 10 links with my page and a keyword next to the link on social media.
Asked for an update on the 11th. Got a response on the 11th saying within 24 hours. Got the final report on the 15th. That is about 2 weeks. Something that I noticed is that there were blog comments done for the backlinks and all of the random ones I tried were not there within 12 hours of getting the report. The web 2.0's were decent enough. The pictures used were quickly taken from my website so they look scaled funny. And the videos were taken from my youtube channel.
Haven't noticed a change in rankings just yet. Paying close attention to that now.

Just received my Grenade package and I'm very pleased.
They said "It usually takes 7-10 days to see the full effect of the package" but I've already noticed a jump in my rankings from page 2 to the third position on page 1.
They responded to my email the next day to fix a misspelling with the name of my product.
They do give a nice report with everything, including snapshots.
