Openning new eBaY account after suspension

Hello everybody ,

I think this forum is really helpful !
I need your help dudes ...
My ebay account has been suspended 6 months ago ,
Now I am thinking to start selling on ebay again . I am going to change my IP , I will reset my computer [all informations will be deleted] , I will put PO box address on paypal , I will open new bank account , I will change my card number , I think I will pass ebay verification system with VCC from aspkin .
But my question is this who's name I am going to use on ebay and on PayPal ? if I use my mother's name on eBay and my name on new PayPal account [ with new card number new bank account new e-mail address and new Address] this will be a problem ? Or I must use my name on both ebay and PayPal ?
If I cut my name on PayPal (ex.my name is ''John Andy Jefferson'' and I will put ''John A. Jefferson'') this is gonna be problem in withdrawal my money in my bank account ?
Please help me !! thank you everybody

You won't have an issue withdrawing from your Bank Account if you use John A. Jefferson.

It depends if your last account is flagged with it being linked to a bunch of information from public record. If you aren't in the U.S., I wouldn't worry. Also, do not use USPS P.O. Boxes, find a drop box or a place that will accept mail for you and get some public data going to that address so when eBay looks up your personal information they see you exist rather than not being able to find any information which does not allow you to remove account limitations such as how many items you can sell.

I could not understant what you have said about selling limits on ebay sorry but can you expand it a little ?

Also what plus I have when I am from outside of USA ?
