How do YOU avoid getting stuck at 301+ views. Share your method

Whats your method to avoid your videos getting stuck at 301 + views on youtube.

I am blasting videos with views using enhanceviews for longer retension views (3-8 minutes) and using hitleap.com for 30-60 second views. I try to keep views consistent every day and not blast too many views at once but rather spread them out over the day. I like to blast about 30-50 views per day. I have 5 videos that have been stuck on 301+ views for the past 3-4 weeks.

I am asking you BHW, what is your method for making sure your videos don't get stuck at 301 + views or they surpass the 301+ view hold after a week or 2.

Ok... so are you saying using hitleap and enhanceviews are not real human views? Its not just like a bot is viewing the video.

No I mean rank your video and get real organic traffic to it. This will get you past the 301 limit no?

Yea sure once it ranks I will get real organic views from real views who are genuinely interested in my video but to rank the video I need views to it first. So to get these views I use these traffic exchange programs, but I am getting 301+. So what would you suggest to get past 301+.

Is there anyway without buying real human views from a supplier such as bigbuddys service?

I would focus on the other factors to rank your video like backlinks, comments and likes

Let the videos that are stuck on 301+ chill for a couple of days. I used enhanceviews for awhile to to get about 500 views on my videos and the 300+ will go away if you don't send any more views for a couple of days. Or that's what worked for me anyways.
