Do these social bookmarks really work to move pages up SERPs? And can I use this service on a French website ?

Regarding package 4, since it's a manual bookmarking service, and not an automated one, that means I can provide several 'short descriptions about my site' as in point 3, instead of just 1. IMO automated bookmarking might do more harm than good on the long run, so that's why I am going to stick into ordering your Package no.4, a manual work. However, despite that specific service being a manual job, we can still make a difference from high quality bookmarks and low quality. Since I'm going with the manual submission, I'm already one step closer to the high quality term. However, having the same description all over the places doesn't sound right.
So that's why I am asking, if I will order package number 4, cand I provide on point 3 more pharagraps of description of my site? You can simply choose randomly the ones you want, cosidering it's a manual submission, all you need to do is to copy/paste another pharagraph (another description) that I will provide.

Looks like a great service. I want to order your manual submission package. I want 60 bookmarking submission so I will have to order package 4 twice. My concern is that I will give you 5 URLs (same website) and you have to submit these URLs to these 60 sites according to the number I give you. For example index page will have more link submission than other page. Can this be done? And each URLs I give will have their own description and title etc. One more question, will you make all 60 SB sites unique.?
