I have been patiently enough to wait 6 days now, and everytime I use that VPS, its slow as sh*t.
I don't want to sound offensive, but I am really frustrated that I can't use a VPS!!!
I have used like 7-8 VPSs in my life and ALL have worked wonderful! Even if they were on networks of 10mbps, I could connect remotely without a problem.
I have tried using the WIN VPS with Windows RDP and others, but ALL are slow.
Please fix it asap or please kind me issue a refund.

I duely apologize for the lack of in thread answers. I haven't received the mail notification for any of the replies and therefore I wasn't aware there was in thread support request. At the time, i want to emphasize that any support request shall be sent through support ticket or even skype as they are processed way more faster.
Following your answers, it has been delivered properly. I'm going to take advantage of your question to remind that the ETA for the windows VPS delivery is 24 to 36 hours. Please note also, that if the delay is superior to 24 hours the invoicing period would be automatically updated so there isn't any loss of time. We have worked to get the delivery process smoother and increase the efficiency but the orders numbers kept increasing and therefore, we would need to go even further in our optimization. We are always pleased to provide the ETA of your orders.

You are very much welcome. I'm pleased you are satisfied with our services. However, you must know that the speed test you are performing is inaccurate. Lyon isn't the optimal test server giving it's range from our datacenter. Massy is better.
From this message, we have well received your support request mentionning the details ( i just cross checked). The issue was dealing with a default in your IP address which had syncronisation issues with the gateway. It has been fixed by now and you have more likely received a credit for the days you have been with us which doesn't impact the money back guarantee of course.

Your issue is dealing with the latency you have in between your location and your VPS and also it is capped by your internet connection.
Actually, what you need to know that as a browsing platform a VPS isn't ideal as far as they are back and forth paquets and there is no graphic cards virtualized within the VPS and the flash content is therefore not optimally rendered.
A VPS is basically meant to run websites / applications / tools 24/7 with a greater connection to the internet.
How much does it take to set up the VPS?
22 hours have passed since I bought a VPS and no signals of anybody.

My server has been down for ohhhhh about 12 hours. Ive opened numerous tickets, sat on live chat and got nothing from support. They advertise 24/7 customer support but apparently that's bullshit.
They also don't have the option (that I can see anyway) of rebooting your own server from your admin. If support is going to be this bad at least add a simple reboot feature.
