BHW forum content on other websites using adsense for earning

Did you guys also noticed that? I just made a thread a while ago and tried to find the thread on google. I typed the "title of the thread" and the first 4 site on the results page are other website full of BHW content, threads , replies everything. Why is it so? Is that a plugin they're using to get those automatically to their sites? And worst of all they there are no other content apart from that. Just BHW content and maybe other famous forum content as well. Isn't that risky? for them to get adsense ads running on their pages?

It's happend when you not follow the google adSense program policies.
