if you need real and active fans on your page, use the ads
you can use addmefast network, but most of the accounts used there are fake and not always you will get fans from the country you need, eg: someone made a fake account from New York and it using it on AddMeFast, but he is from UK and you need UK fans, if he will not use proxy or a vpn he can like your fan page. One profile from USA, New York. This way you know that that account is not ised very much for any other purposes.

My suggestion, use fb ads!

only Facebook Adds !! Admefast can't give u Targeted Fans although they have this option ! Because everyone set their default country USA for getting more pages to like to add more point at on their account !

I think if you bid up the point value of your page likes on AddMeFast, you get more USA likes. I think 10 is the top value and seems like I get way more overseas likes when I bid below that. Hope that helps!

you can select the countrys there. you dont have to try to controll over the points you offer.
