So as an experiment, after drinking on average around 2-3 large cups of coffee per day everyday, I recently decided to take a break from caffeine to see how it affected how I felt in regards to my productivity and overall mood. After a few days of headaches and generally feeling like shit, I think I feel generally happier, more focused and more productive. I know there are some of you who probably swear by coffee/caffeine and can't go without it but I'd recommend just experimenting with how much you drink and see how it affects you.
I don't want this to turn into a health benefits debate, it'd be cool if some of you guys could share how coffee affects your productivity. Do you feel like you need it to be productive?
