At the "Save" screen before you save the text file, where it says "Encoding" at the bottom, change it from "ANSI" to "Unicode" and then load the comments into the bot and it'll work fine.

Ok, So I went and used 10 new gmail accounts I created converted then to YT Accounts then tried to like a video by using simple mode. it sat there and went thru the process over and over again and just kept liking the video. go look at video and it did not show up with any new likes.

mass commenter is not working
What exactly is not working with the Mass Commenter for you? Loading Accounts? Posting Comments? The Mass Video Commenter and the Browser Based Commenter are working fine for me and a number of people.
I did exactly what you said and the same thing still happens.
I used 5 fresh gmail accounts and created channels on them. This time I used "Simple" instead. Once again, the votes submitted successfully and they also showed up when I checked manually. Again, a few hours later the votes were gone.
I tried this 3 times upvoting a different comment each time.
Is anyone having any luck with this software? I'm seeing a bunch of complaints and problems but very few saying that it works for them.
I could have used what I spent on this to buy YouTube views and likes.
Worst of all, I'm getting frustrated with the time I've wasted on this. I could've manually upvoted a ton of comments successfully by now.
UpVoting with the Bot sends the same requests as a normal browser, the issue with upvoting as a whole is that votes are sent but they are not at the Top Section and/or disappear later on. I think I may know the reason why but need to further do some tests.

All Licenses and Trials are sent out manually, thats why you didnt receive the welcome e-mail instantly. All trials have been sent now. Make sure to check your Inbox/Junk/Spam Folders.
Well I have to say I am VERY disappointed indeed, I PM the seller yesterday and asked a question and have heard nothing back, then attempted to download the demo and was not even sent it. This just seems to be one more of those start up pie in the sky ideas, grab money and run and to hell with the customers.

I was not around yesterday so any P.M's etc were unheeded! If someone doesnt respond after 24 hours it doesnt mean they have taken peoples money and ran off to the hills! There could be a number of unforeseen occurrences which could have otherwise hindered a timely response!
its been 2 days and I didnt receive my Accounts ...what happend ? Also the Mass Upvoter for Comments doesnt work too good. If I add few Thumbds Up to my comments...in 4-5 hours all the thumbs up dissapear..
