No. Search stock photography sites or sites like Flickr and Deviantart where you can contact the photographer to get permissions.

I write both fiction and non-fiction. Word count on my stories published runs from 3,000 to 65,000. Ghostwriters earn very differently; depends how long they've worked with me, how good the quality is, etc. I never, ever give them royalties. It becomes a mess pretty quickly if you do. Just make them sign an agreement saying they won't get any, with the other terms as well, before hand.

Unless you've got a great idea, I wouldn't throw down the cash to get it ghostwritten. Better to do it yourself, and see if its successful first, before you scale things up prematurely.

My first book goes for sale in 30 mins. I'm excited, but I don't think it'll do that well because the free downloads fizzled out fast. I think it was the categories I had it in. I've since changed them to a better niche.

That's one route. Or write 2-4 books a month, instead of 10, and make them REALLY good, and hope to sell 10 or more per day each. Both are doable goals.

Elance - expensive, much higher quality overall
Freelancer - a mixed bag, and you have to pay $5 if you don't hire someone (stupid rule)
Craigslist

I outsource 99% to odesk these days, because I've narrowed it down to a group of writers that I know consistently produce good results for great prices. It's a process, but worth it if you plan on outsourcing Kindle frequently.

I have quite a thing for narrative/story writing, preferably in the horror field. Do you think the Kindlers have an itch for this kind of category and are willing to cough up, a couple dollars for a little scare of a read? Great post and postings throughout the thread, will rep you.

If you're fluent in the second language, it's possible. You need to be able to know the translator is actually doing it correctly - I've seen many books get terrible ratings and no sales because the "author" never checked the work of the translator and the results weren't even intelligible.
