Well $20k in 90 days is a pretty rough target.

It took my blog 90 days to earn $11,519.76 from launch (full details and how I did it @ http://www.matthewwoodward.co.uk/income-reports/ )

However at the end of 120 days (month 4) it had done a total of $20,835.35

Hi, you will burn out all your accounts if you try to push that much in a short period of time. Easiest way to earn money in short period of time is through CPA. you mentioned you have only three accounts, i suggested you to create a few more, try places like Maxbounty, Neverblue, all the big ones. Then look for traffic source and create landing (very important), you can re-direct but make sure to spoof your traffic... Sometimes you need to spend a little to earn more...

It does sound like a tough call. I can suggest do 1 website a day and implement CPA. Get the essential SEO done. If the website is making $10 a day, you will earn $300 a month for one. 30 x 300 should be 9K. In three months, you should be reaching 27K. But make sure you're investing atleast 9K now. LOL. According to my suggestion i can tell you one thing you must see for good method if you do seo for 90 days to 1 site and get the site to authority then also you cant get $20k.So aiming big is good but achieving the milestone leads to success.
Simply think a good plan where audience need that service drastically and apply your work (seo) to it then you may get some good results at last.
But to be frank 20k is little huge amount and never give up.
Lastly going for good services with good people may leave you win win win.

You won't make $20k in 90 days without spending around $10k+ learning correct PCC, Sales Copy, etc. You didn't list you had any significant start up money so I would assume you are going to "seo" your way to riches. The reality of it is simply that you can't seo your way to $20k in 90 days. Even if you setup a site using high quality traffic from high quality PPC networks and sold the site or ad space to a local business you would still need significant start up cash. As you did say affiliate accounts with CPA companies I assume you are going with either email submits or payday loans, both of which are would require more than 90 days to SEO or PPC to make that investment come back.
