There's isn't really a such thing as a White Hat SEO Package. Any link-building package that is just 'out of the box' isn't exactly tailored for your particular campaign. You need to look at the bigger pictures (anchor text variation, platform diversity, history of penalties, data from GWT, competitor analysis etc). It is then your responsibility, as an SEO, to create a tailored strategy that is specific to your site. There's no problem in outsourcing your link-building, but if you want to stay as White Hat as possible, stay away from any automation whatsoever.

Thanks Abstroose, anchor text variation is what I've been told to start focusing on. Would you say quantity of back links is no longer as improtant? It's what I have found on my sites. Some that compete for similar Kw's are ranking higher even though they have way less backlinks?

Just wanted to say that not all services in BST works good . There is a lot of crap be careful

I understand that technically there's no "white hat seo" out there. But that just means no seo ie artificial high quality link building. White hat takes into account that you are building back links. so, white hat seo does exist it's just the safer way of doing seo.

Is trending on social media still working? ie buying tumblr retweets and so on

I agreed. theres no such thing about white hat SEO. but some use this term to classify natural or ethical way of SEO. Put some relevant content on your website so that people who visit your site will share it to others and that the natural way of getting back links and traffics. anyway, focus on social media marketing and blogs, It is the best way in having high possibility in getting back links since people are more into social media platform nowadays.

I wont recommend you any specific. But i dont think there are sellers who are completely going white hat. Best way for this is to go on your own.
