Best cpa,affiliate,referral programs and other networks

Hi everybody,

Though i am a newbie and following this forum since a month or so, i have few ideas which i want to implement but i am confused about which networks to join and which will accept me easily and gives good %

I need suggestions for best networks to join :

1) CPA
2) Affiliate
3) Referral programs
4) CPC

If i have missed anything else, kindly give me suggestions for getting good % by any other mode of networks and programs.
Kindly help me out with this as i am really confused about how to go about it.

I searched for top CPA network and found that peerfly is the best.

@op there is pretty much content up here in forums about each of what u have asked. Maybe u'd checkout places similar to affpaying.com as such top lists give much chance for publishers to vote for best one interms of payments/support/tracking credibility etc.
