Purchased this service a few weeks ago and just got back the report. Everything looks well done. Used it on a site that had ranked on page 1 and 2 for various keywords, but had fallen out of the top 50 pages. I picked 3 KWs, not my primary KWs, but 3 longer tailed KWs. Here is the immediate progress on those 3 KWs:

Keyword1 - Before: not in top 100; Now: #62
Keyword2 - Before: not in top 100; Now: #37
Keyword3 - Before: not in top 100; Now: not in top 100.

Now these results may look good, but not great, but the really impressive thing is the additional boost it gave my primary KWs:

Honest review:
Bought two valley of fear packages a couple months ago with pretty decent results. However, I wish sellers would stop pretending and quit labeling web 2.0's as PR9, PR8, etc. The ROOT domain might be PR9 or PR8, but the page that matters is most certainly not. Furthermore, while you throw in some 'edu' sites, you should tell everyone up front that these are blogs related to .edu's and will not be treated as edu links by google, nor do they appear as such in ahrefs. </rant>

That said, I did get solid improvements pre/post penguin 2.0, and they did do a good bit of work, so from a results-standpoint, it was fine, but I just wanted to clear some things up regarding PR and edu for others who may not be aware.
