Typically when an order is placed, we put the high PR links up in 24-48 hours. We then send you a report including a link where you can track the ranking improvements of your submitted keywords 7 business days after your order was made.
As for the tax that is added onto the final price, this only applies to private persons residing in the European Union. Since we are a company registered in the EU (Germany), we are legally obligated by EU regulations to add Value Added Tax (VAT) for all customers residing in the EU and who are not registered as a business (without a valid VAT ID). You can read about this on Wikipedia for more information.
However, this tax only applies to private persons within the European Union. Customers from other countries are not subject to this tax. Hope this helps.
