This isn't really a question about scrapebox but more about harvesting in general however since I know some of you hardcore harvesters hang out here i think that this is the best place to post.

Basically how many auto approve comment/trackback URLs do you think are out there? For example now I have 360k AA links in my main list and getting more AA links to my list becomes harder and harder. So am I reaching some limit of the available URL count or I should rather start using more generic footprints (which don't iclude stuff that indicates AA urls)?

I remember that there was a thread some time ago where member Extrawinner was doing scrapebox blasts to 3 different authority URLs and he said that he had around 1.2 million list. I'm really curious on how to get better at harvesting large AA lists.

As i mentioned a few posts up, that is how many exact match results there are for the example names.txt file that comes with ScrapeBox. Despite a note not to use them there's been over 10 million ScrapeBox backlinks built with them.

Same with searching for parts of the 10 default comments.txt in quotes, over 100 million (Google.com has only around 50 million backlinks to their own site).

If these people got millions of backlinks with the default files, a lot are going to be auto-approve. So you could experiment with these as footprints and adding additional keywords, changing the timespan etc.

I have owned Scrapebox for a while now. Can anyone please confirm if the tool is still anygood post penguin. As sites now appear to be ranked on quality of links and not quantity.

I just checked, and without proxies it's working,
Even though my proxies are dedicated and I didn't use them for several days, they should all be working, but only some of them do work with the "Competition Finder"
While all of them are marked as Google Passed when I test them in the proxy checker..

Well those IPs could be blocked for the queries/operators that you using in the competition finder. The proxy tester is just for basic keywords. What footprints are you loading into the competition finder?

Did you format your hard drive, make changes to your hardware ID (obvious I know, but thought I'd double check)?

Either way you're better off just contacting support like dotcomdesigns mentioned to get a proper answer.

Could be a number of things.

Try increasing your timeout settings and reducing the number of threads you're running.

You may want to take a look at the 80 video tutorials http://www.youtube.com/user/looplinescrapebox/videos there's thousands of things you can do with ScrapeBox, if you are just blindly blasting random lists with the fast poster you are really missing out big time.

Pat had heard of Scrapebox before but like a lot of folks thought it was just for blackhat purposes. He was excited to hear that he can use it for harvesting for his new Niche Site Duel 2.0 and linked up to the Scrapebox site in the show notes.

Yeah, scrapebox can be used for SOOOO much, and very little of the manythings it can do are "blackhat" It has many white hat and promotional purposes that have nothing at all to do with google.

Well your version could be too old and that licensing server may now be shut down, or it could be something on your pc blocking scrapeboxes access to the internet or multiple other things.

Go to help >> test server connections and make sure that you have 6 green lights.

Then download the latest version or make sure you are running V 1.15.70 or newer.

Are you proxies good? As mentioned, try maxing out your timeout for slow poster. Try a small test without proxies, does it still do it?

You could also run the list thru the alive checker just to make sure half the list isn't dead or something like that.

I managed to find all the bounced emails, you keep entering [email protected] but your email (and username here) is kkvsam which is different. We have sent severals emails but they are all bounced, so unless you enter a valid email in the tool and in the contact form you obviously won't receive a reply. Please spell your email address correctly and transfers will work and it will save support from typing another several emails for nothing.

Yes it's safe to unblock it, the second server does the same as the first server that's not blocked. It's just a redundant backup in case the first server is offline.
