I'll say this will work if they pay me. I stop promoting this last May 5, right now I'm just waiting for my payment since I missed the min payout of $50. Below is my earning and screenshot of raw clicks and some of my first tier clicks didn't convert dunno why.

Hi Enryu, I basically generate as much traffic as I can by sending out the ads everyday. Safelists and traffic exchanges brought in really good conversions maybe around 1% to 3%. This is merely the stepping stone when working with this system and will bring you decent money, definitely enough to reinvest in paid traffic which will explode your income.

here a bit more success may be had.
It is then up to each individual to kinda
explore,experiment,expand and adjust
as they go along.
