If you signed up through AAX you need to sign up with getresponse through the AAX site which doesn't have the free trial. If you signed up with the free trial then I don't think you'll be paid per lead but you will still be able to keep the leads you bring in.

I cant really tell you which capture page to choose because each can work well depending on where you advertise it. You can also leave the words exactly as they are if your not good at coming up with your own but it will be best to eventually change the page to be what you want and to also even make your own page.

I built it up to that level using this method and then used the money for paid ads and now I make a lot more in total.

You can get the instructions when you sign into AAX. They give you 5 steps to complete the whole process. If you want to follow up with your leads automatically using your getresponse you'll have to come up with the messages which can be whatever you want.

My progress. Finally after figuring everything out, which is very simple, once you realize how it all works!! I am all set up with AAX, and Get Response. I have signed up for every Safelist in the 10kchallenge website, plus many more that i found searching! I have Ads sent out with all of them that offer free ads. I also signed up for every Traffic Exchanges that i found so far! In my AAX stats I have 24 clicks 19 unique, and zero commission! So i am guessing the ads are working, but i am not receiving any commission for them?

I am taking this a step further. I created a Youtube video with my Squeeze page link to it. I am sending traffic to it, and have it in some Youtube exchangers! Will post my results later.
 
I'm glad to hear you took it even further. That's really the key. The more you put in the more you get out. I would suggest using every free method that's out there to bring in sign ups. Its honestly not hard at all to get free sign ups its always the conversions that are the problem. Thanks for the post.

So, if you have Mailchimp or adweber you can't use this offer? Only wit Getresponse?
 
That's correct. You can use other autoresponders with AAX but you have to sign up with Getresponse through AAX if you want to be paid per free sign up.

I haven't tried retweets yet but was planning on it soon. Some of the things I have done with some success are fb post shares, likes, and comments.

I'll say this will work if they pay me. I stop promoting this last May 5, right now I'm just waiting for my payment since I missed the min payout of $50. Below is my earning and screenshot of raw clicks and some of my first tier clicks didn't convert dunno why.

I'll update you all when payment being made.
