Matt Cutts: Google Penguin 2.0 Coming in 'Next Few Weeks'

There has been much speculation this week about some kind of major Google update. Google Penguin 2.0 was not the blame if you've lost search traffic. But you can expect the next Penguin update in the next few weeks, Google's Distinguished Engineer Matt Cutts has confirmed.

what is the definition of black hat = "building links to manipulate page rank and/or rankings"

if you manually build a link, then its blackhat...

and this is where this gets interesting, b/c google cannot know the difference between someone organically posting a link or you doing it, its just not possible for them to know...

so google takes some things into consideration that makes it easier to identify, so the "blackhat" link builder has to adapt and pretend they are organically creating these links...

this whole debate is fucked up!!!!...

Yea my post was mostly out of curiosity - but SAPE has got to be a target coming up, to much talk about it.
