I found this site: type in google "cod ultimate hacks", it is first one after youtube videos. It is using same method as explained here.

But every CPA that is offered in survey is somehow connected with giving your phone number, and paying via cellphone. Like: "take best melodies for your cellphone" , "amazing cellphone x-ray scanner", and than you click a link and need to pay via cellphone.

Did you used some other CPA surveys, that are more likely to be accepted by visitors?

Usually CPA networks optimize the best offers that get the most leads for your demographic. I try to pick and choose offers though, most definetely.

PLEASE.

You don't have to use PS or any WYSIWIG editor like dreamweaver to create the website. If you're inexperienced jump on a website platform like WordPress, that others have recommended. If you do want to use PS just learn how to slice up the site for sections you want to hyperlink and save it as (for) 'web devices' and make sure you choose 'HTML&Images' in the drop down. This can be easily googled. It's not difficult.

You need to use the slice tool in photoshop, and then save it for web & devices with HTML/images.
Google, how to make a website in photoshop and follow the last few steps.
You're going to have upload the files to a webhost, and redirect the subdomain to the webhosts given domain.
