i didnt have site yet..if i created now it will be newbie..how about if i keep youtube.com? i mean promotin through it

What if we combine method with PPD (pat per download)? Instead of page that says "servers are busy", we give them link with some bogus exe corrupt file, and earn some more with PPD sites.

What could be cons of this?

Just use 'wordpress.com' in the website line.

When visitor fullfills survey once, does it counts for every other time he comes back to the site?
Or I will get money everytime someone tries to acces the download page (even if he completed survey before)?

You can usually set a limit on the content locker if how long the unlock lasts. I usually set it for 24 hours so the user is free to roam the site for a whole day before it locks again, if he chooses to revisit the content, he will have to fill in another survey.

I haven't signed up for a CPA network but I'm going to sign up on MGCash.
You said to add the cpa codes on the websites when you're done making them. I'm kinda confused on that part so can you explain to me how do to that?
What I thought you said was when you create a website on photoshop you can add htmls on it and then add your cpa code on that right? Any kind of code right?
Sorry >_< I'm very confused since I'm new to cpa.
Also, should I create my website first and then sign up for MGCash?
 
Great share! Just make sure you have a way to test out your comments from another computer/IP to make sure that they indeed posting and in the top. Comment "ghosting" is common now in the new YouTube spam prevention.

I know Adscend has 3 different CPA categories you can choose for the content locker: survey, cell offer, or try n buy. You can choose one or all three, and which specific offers are used/not used. Is MGCash cool with hack-type sites?

You create your website. When you're done, put it on a web host. When that is done go to your CPA network. The CPA network will provide a code for your content locker, use webhosts onboard editor to add that code to your website. Your site is now locked. It's extremely simple.
Sign up first. It can take a while to get accepted.

They were made quite a long time ago, I don't think youtube allows this anymore buddy. Sorry.
