Because although this site is all about Blackhat we are totally against pure fraud. A couple of reasons why are:

- It is fraud, which is illegal
- You will get banned for doing this
- It isn't even an easy way to make money. You can get plenty of leads without filling out your own offers.

Just search around the forum for CPA methods. There are plenty of good methods to get leads. Such as YT + CPA, that's very easy money
