Tumblr crackdown. Boom!

Has anyone else gotten sites terminated on tumblr this week? I just got hit hard. More than 20 tumblr blogs gone in the space of a few hours! Most had 15-30k followers and were generating decent revenue. Ouch!

But that is how things go in this biz!

Just wondering if Tumblr is having a crackdown or if I just got unlucky.

Mine still there, but they are still small. But you are right, this is how things go in this biz, I've lost 160K fb page last month so know that it sucks.. but its part of this biz to always start again :)
 
they deleted many of my blogs last week, but i created a couple of new ones this week from the same IP and they are stil alive
 
Yep, one of my tumblrs bit it this week as well. Luckily it was the smallest of the lot.
 
i am still figuring out which Theme can click through link of the picture ! Anyone can tell me ?
 
I lost hundreds and hundreds of blogs during April. Not a single fuck was given.

I've already rebuilt everything that I needed and got things working even better than before. It's not the first time they mass ban me on some network and it won't be the last.

In fact, my tumblr related earnings have increased if anything, it must be thanks to a lot of weak guys that are just quitting.
 
I lost a few blogs. Then I emailed tumblr and told them they accidentally deleted my blogs. They immediately returned them to fully working capacity.

There are a hundred themes that do. I don't remember the names of them though.

Just browse tumblr until you find a theme you like and then look for a link that says "install this theme."

Could be, but i have many several ip's where half the accounts were terminated and half were not.
 
99.9% certain its not related to the theme.

I think I've narrowed it down to two of my affiliate programs that seem to have been targeted. (no, I'm not posting which ones they are right now.) Gonna do some cross testing to see if i can get a couple other accounts flagged with them.

Is funny how SO many tumblrs do affiliate marketing against the TOS, yet some get nailed and some do not.
