Hi Famalam,

First of all, we are very sorry to hear that you have not seen any results despite the strong improvements we are seeing for the overwhelming majority of our clients. We did a quick audit of your site as well as your link profile and have made several discoveries which are likely to explain your lack of results and the slight drop in rankings. These discoveries are:

- The keywords which you submitted cannot be found at all, not even once, on your homepage. Your on-page optimization for your targeted keywords is literally nonexistent. Targeting these keywords in such a case is the metaphorical equivalent of trying to force a square shape through a triangular hole. If your page does not have a single instance of your targeted keywords, Google will find it very hard to deem the page as relevant for the keywords which you are having us build links for.
- You appear to have been doing some other link building in addition to our service. Some of the links which you acquired with your other link building efforts (such as sitewide links and blog comments) have been known to cause more harm than good.
- Your primary keywords comprise more than 66% of your anchors from all of your backlinks (the 100 links you ordered from us make up less than 3% of your existing backlinks). Such a high anchor over optimization is highly likely to induce ranking drops.

These factors together make it rather clear why you haven't seen any improvements. The biggest one of all being the fact that you do not even have these keywords on your page. If you could address some of these issues, we are very confident you will see significant improvements.

EDIT: Talk about timing. Serpbook just updated the rankings and you are now showing up at #1 and #3 for two of your keywords. Quite an improvement, wouldn't you say?

Yes, your links stay live for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel, the links are removed at the end of the month. This is typically standard of all high PR links/services, due to the very high demand for them.
