1.I just wanna lower the CR of my cpa offers. So how to proceed? say if i need to buy a USA/UK traffic, then whether i've to purchase 0.002$ per visitor traffic or 0.0002$ per visitor traffic?
2.Also can i shorten my affiliate url for that offer with bit .ly and provide that bit .ly link?
3.And will i have to fake the referrer using cpa-redirector in order to be safe with my cpa networks? (i just wanna send junk traffic to lower the cpa conversions.. thats it.. am not expecting any conversions..)

2. I need traffic targeted towards a lot of links. For instance, if i buy 5000 visits of high quality geo targeted traffic, can i split that 5000 traffic into 50-60 urls? They are all inner pages of the same domain.

It's highly unlikely that we are the cause of the ban if you only used our services for 4 day. It's probable that you used sources prior to us that initiated the flag and ban and we're the last source you used. It could also be that your account was not created legitimately. As for keeping safe, you'll want to follow the tips we provide in the "Request Help" area.
Most people use View/Static with Unique campaign to start out. We highly recommend that you make sure you have a safetly created account before starting our services. Then you'll want to follow the tips in our "Request Help" area.

1.Lets say i buy 10k visitors (0.002$ package) and lets say i have created a campaign with 20urls to which the traffic to be sent.. Per day I want 200 visitors to be sent to the URL1; 100 visitors to the URL2; 350 visitors to the URL3 and so on.. is it possible?
2.And lets assume a CPA offer which is only for the U.S peoples.. my question is, if a non-US resident clicks on the corresponding offer link will it still be considered as a CLICK in the cpa network or will it not be considered? ( i guess the non-US visitor when he clicks the link he would be redirected to some other offer by default)... or will i have to choose appropriate countries for the appropriate offer URLs in the campaign?
And btw i would definitely be your long term client for sure.

1.) You'll want to create different campaigns with the URLs if you want to control the number being delivered.
Otherwise all URLs within one campaign will be randomly selected for the visitor to be delivered to.
2.) You'll want to go with a GEO campaign to avoid this from happening.
You'll have to ask your CPA network to see what is considered a click or not.
It varies depending on the CPA network you're using.
