I wanted to make an online store that sells things like Twitter followers and Facebook likes. What is the best website to make it on and I Want a way for them to submit their twitter or Facebook name on the site. But if its not possible I can manually email each client. I'd rather the method be free but if not I have $20-$50 to invest. Thanks in advance

There are some ecommerce themes for wp, and you can put in paypal buttons.
There is open cart, and pretashop if you want something a bit more shoppy looking.

many themes for wordpress (and decent free ones too) I would go that route personally

if you choose wordpress, then yes, you need a web hosting provider. then find a template or theme at themeforest.net.

if you want an easier path, you could also try shopify.com
