I would say yes ,
You need account to mange your page ,
you can invite to your friends to your fan page , event , applications etc.
You can tag your friends to a picture , you can spam your friends by tagging .
You need accounts to make ads , apps , spam pages , spam friends .

For traffic , i prefer accounts more then page.

Quick question, looking at buying ~20 accounts. What's the difference between:

1. Basic PVA = $2
3. Custom IP made account (as per the country you ask) = $4

Will there be some sort of chance of being locked out of the account if I'm just getting the basics without the custom IP made for my Country or?

First off, that was the fastest turnaround I've ever seen from any account seller or similar services. It was literally under a minute from sending him the payment that he sent me a text file with the accounts.

They all look great; there's tons of invites and activity going on between it and other pages, and all 3 were over what they were supposed to have for friends...they all had followers as well which is a nice bonus. I've just gotten them so I can't say the full statement entirely about this being the best account selling service that's around....but out of the gate these are the best looking accounts I've ever purchased. A steal at his prices too. If you're thinking about ordering one or a few then I think that's enough to warrant you taking action because you won't disappointed.
