Paypal help!

Just before Christmas my Paypal account was wrongly limited (they claimed I had more than one account, when infact I didn't but I did have two ebay accounts, they couldn't prove I had more than one but still decided to limit it) anyway, paypal pays quite a big part of my business. I've tried to create a new account but it was limited straight away. Is there anyway I could just make a new account without being picked up etc? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I bet that you have a fixed IP, get a new Ip, clear the cache , make a business account

I always recommend to my clients that they change their IP Address either using a VPS or private proxy.
You can use a VPN but those can be blacklisted and shared so be careful if you choose this option.

Everything has to be different about your new account like Name, City, State and Address along with a working VOIP
number which helps in case they want to call.

With a little knowledge one can definitely get back to using PayPal.

I had to go through some security tests and all was fine and back to normal.

I probably do, I'll have a look at a new ip then! When I make the new account could I use my own details or?

absolute ball ache isn't it! I have tried calling several time, each time being told there is nothing they can do etc, but they couldn't show any evidence to back up there claim.
Very frustrating

Use one of your family members, friends or partners information (address, name, phone number etc.) to create a new account. I ran into the same issue, and went through the process. For bank account confirmation, use a different account you have or open a new account. Good luck!

i thought about that. My younger brother lives with me currently but is under 18, so if they asked for I.D we'd be stuffed wouldn't we

You can always upgrade the account to Premiere or Business or try and open the new one as such. I've had 3 different accounts and never had an issue, first was personal and upgraded to premiere, then second one was personal, I upgraded to premiere and opened a new personal account, which is now a business account, and although the other two are not being used at all (financial information no longer relevant and lost access to the first email address I had), I can calmly log in either of the current two and never had any limitations.

Maybe it has to do with both my first accounts being verified with the whole paperwork nightmare it entails? Or maybe I don't do anything particularly suspicious, heh

I doubt I would be able to upgrade now? When I first got the account it was verified etc., I wouldn't say I was doing anything suspicious, me and my brother both have ebay accounts on the same computer, and my bank account is paypal linked to both of them, nothing suspicious. When I called up they just said I had who accounts, and that they couldn't go I to anymore detail, I asked for evidence and they just said sorry but we can't help you.. Brilliant customer service

You're better off creating a new identity that you have 100% control of. For example, you can legitimately create a business with real, bona fide information where nothing is borrowed, stolen, or edited in photoshop.

Registering a company / LLC, paying taxes/VAT, etc., and after each limitation - new company, closing the previous company and so on? What about for a limit like "provide supplier contacts" and "provide supplier invoices" (sth that even can't be faked + you do NOT receive anything with invoices from suppliers when you sale to the end customers on eB)?

One more thing,create the new account from a new user account on your PC.

you do not have to really create a new user on your windows, paypal website is writing some flash tracing cookies on your PC, for creating a new account, just use a dedicated private proxy and always use the same ip, erase your browser cache, history, if you can reset it, do a reset, and also do not forget to delete the the .sol cookies that paypal is writing in the Macromedia folder of your PC ...
C: -> Users -> Your Windows Id -> AppData -> Roaming -> Macromedia -> Flash Player -> #SharedObjects (erase everithing from this folder)
C: -> Users -> Your Windows Id -> AppData -> Roaming -> Macromedia -> Flash Player -> macromedia.com -> support -> flashplayer -> sys (erase everything from this folder also)

This is available for Win Vista, 7 and 8
