There are gigantic lists of publicly available proxies in the proxy list section.

I'm not going to pay for private proxies to scrape. lol, please.

I wouldn't pay for private proxies to just scrape, but if you
already have them for other purposes I can tell you scraping
with them is a lot more effective.

You can also setup your proxies yourself by buying IP RIPE package and using opensource proxy server on dedicated host

The truth is, free proxies are not worth it. Get shared proxies for scraping and private for posting. Or better still use anyone but don't use more than 10 to 20 at a goal.

Public proxies ususally don't last too long because of all the people who are using them, etc. I generally use one private proxy per thread I have open for posting.

Public proxies are good for scraping but you need tons of them. Only way is paid proxy list provider. For 10$ monthly you can get nice daily list and thats all you need. If you scrape alot go for gscraper and their paid proxy service. Thats around 50$ monthly but if you scrape 24 hours a day it may be good way to go.

I use Proxy Abuse because it can manage private proxies, leech public and diffuse proxies on local port.
