Summary of what is in this thread and the first thread.
1. Templates - a few examples of other sites - a few that are available in the download section -- and templates vary depending on how you want your site to look.
(I prefer Magazine type themes so people are more curious and click things - and they provide good organization)
2. Domain Names -- we have discussed EMD's and more general names - I prefer EMD's but this is up to you
3. Keywords - I suggested researching Buying Type of Words -- by looking at competitor sites / by using keyword tools -- and finding areas where you can jump right in with great content and basic Seo Work
4. Content - I suggested * writing yourself * buying PLR Reviews/Articles and rewriting them or * Natasha Nixon BST Thread.
5. Images - these go to match your articles - I Stock Photo - 123rf or some other image site.
6. Software - I've listed Software and what I use - you can pick and choose what you like and what you don't and find better alternatives.
7. Seo - I've outlined a basic 2-3 month strategy - and then a 3+ month strategy should your site prove its going to make you some money.
8. Hosting - we have discussed how important a reliable host is - you simply cannot afford downtime or hosts that take days to resolve any issues you may have
9. Plugins - I've given you what I use - and there are discussions on other plugins in the thread.
10. Statistics - I've shared my experiences with autoblogs and what I see now in terms of how to benchmark your sites.
11. Organization - I've shared how I manage 30+ Wordpress Sites with a click of a button and control the project with the minimum amount of time.
12. Growth Strategy - I've shared scaling and using tools like Ubot to build custom bots to do basic tasks without lifting a finger.
13. Structure - I've said to build yourself Lists of Tasks / Keywords / URLS so you can access them easily and use them in Seo or for better management of your workflow.
14. Other products - I've talked about other things Ive done that failed - and future things such as NFL2011 Ad Based Methods ... as well as posting links to multiple resources on Amazon and places to find things that may be helpful to you.
So I feel like these threads have laid out a fairly solid groundwork for sites that can make you money -- but of course it is work and they are not a get rich quick sort of project.
