Finding Proxies for Scrapebox is a Pain!

Is is true that Public proxies should be used for harvesting, and private proxies should be used for posting? How many private proxies should I purchase? Do you have any recommendations for finding public proxies, as I am having a lot of trouble finding reliable proxies to use.

For public proxies you can search and filter them directly in Scrapebox. You should be able to find hundreds without trouble.
For posting I would advise you to comment manually to high PR related blogs only.

Alright. When i run a google check for the public proxies i harvest, it takes hours, and I rarely find proxies that actually work. I understand that for manual posts on high PR blogs I don't need proxies, but lets say if I am doing a link blast, how many private proxies should i get?

You might want to find some good proxy sources so you don't get those that everyone is pulling with SB. If you don't want to scrape there for some reason, you can always find lists of public proxies and run them through: http://www.checker.freeproxy.ru/checker/

As for private proxies, 10 is enough to start with.

For private proxies if you are a moderate user take 30-50 Dedicated private proxies if you are heavy user take 100 Dedicated Private proxies + Make sure Proxy provider supports that much load of Scrapebox posting and they allow it as well

For public proxies you can find couple providers in BHW sale section of proxy

How much do you want to post with scrapebox ? If you just need few blasts I recommend you minimum 10 private proxies. With a low number of threads you should be fine.

Regarding public proxies, you will find here daily updated proxies. Also try to harvest from scrapebox inbuilt proxy sources and you will also find a lot of public proxies.

10 semi dedicated proxies and scraping at 2 threads is a lot quicker than scraping at 10 threads with public proxies and they won't burn out, if your looking for a bit more speed 30 semi dedicated proxies at buyproxies.org is only $25 or so..

If you are going to use them in SB for scraping urls together with search operators such as intitle: etc in Google, prepare to have your public proxies get banned super fast.

Also, public proxies generally don't last very long at all when it comes to using them for Google scraping.

If you don't like using SB, ever thought of using something like proxy goblin? That thing scrapes and verifies public proxies 24/7. You will always have a fresh list to use without all the waiting. Wasn't to expensive too when it came out, like $25.

Just get some private proxies and scrape with them its easy, add user agent strings and you will be fine. I use 20 private proxies to scrape and its ok
