Also, I thought I read somewhere that the API is not available during the trial.

hmm someone told me about this and i thought it was great but I'm seeing that those who initially reviewed your software are cancelling their subscription .. don't know which way to go with this as I dont want to look for you if I need to cancel my 3 day trial

You'd mentioned it elsewhere, maybe not here. That you had some dummy text someone could use without incurring any cost against their account.
Also, I thought I read somewhere that the API is not available during the trial.
You can definitely use the API during the trial, and this has always been the case. We've never had the ability to use dummy data without having an account, but I have added this feature for the Standard Spinner. Just use the following POST values:
email: 'testuser'
pass: 'testpass'
s: 'testtext'

If you wrote your code successfully you should get "Success" back.

I hope that helps and let me know if you run into any issues testing it!

Many of the reviews were review copies (1 or 2 months for free), so a lot of people who didn't really need to use spinning took the review copies since they were free. However then when their review copy expired they realized they didn't really need spinning (with WordAi or anyone else) and decided to cancel their account.

Regardless, I'm very responsive, both on here, Skype, and through our support tickets, and am very prompt to answer all support requests.

Also if you are paying via Paypal, you can always just cancel your account by cancelling your pre-approved payment in Paypal. So there really is no risk for trying it out yourself!

The biggest difference between this and WPRobot is the SEO logic our tool will have. We are taking a lot of our best practices (since we actively test and build blog networks) and having that logic and intelligence work automatically behind the scenes. So the biggest difference will be that this blog network tool will have some AI behind it. As we get a little closer to releasing it, I'll start giving some examples of the really cool things it will do on its own.

But, as you said, right now WPRobot is a fantastic solution. We use WPRobot internally, and have a very high ROI for it. Like you, I'm surprised not nearly as many people are doing this. It's really easy to get an autoblog profitable, and after that all you have to do is scale. Maybe as we get closer to releasing the blog network tool I'll have to do a case study showing everyone how easy it is to do!

How many posts per day would you do with your autoblogs and what sort of topics would you choose? I've never had good results with autoblogs.

Do I need to adhere to a particular end of line character?

If I were to throw 10K words at the Turing spinner - which I assume is probably a bit slower then the regular api, how long might the spin take?

How many versions of a sentence does setting "returnspin=true" give as a result?

Issue is resolved and I just signed myself a deal for half a year after observing that the quality and readability is really good along with the uniqueness that WordAI brings. Quality is good enough because it passed copyscape while being readable but the area of improvement is the uniqueness level.

Question: Are you planning to let WordAI bring in more sentence spins? I find them to be a treat since they make the sentence structure of the output totally new but I notice a sentence spin is only added like 10% - 20% of the time.

Another question/suggestion: How about paragraph spins? Would this be possible in the future?

We've done it different ways depending on the type of autoblog.

Our good ones usually are updated no more than once or twice a day and made to look like they are real blogs. We make appx. half our articles not link out in any way, and the other half will link up to a ranking site of some sort. Some of them exist solely for ranking other sites, and they are all in a broad related niche (maybe health) so that any health sites that need ranking can get relevant high quality links.

The others autoblogs that don't exist mostly to prop up other sites are in more narrow niches and post more frequently since it is a little more acceptable if they get burned. Unfortunately I can't give exact niches, but I usually look for things with as little competition as possible that still have enough volume to return a positive ROI.

We've also had some success with complete churn and burns. For these autoblogs we pick a very general topics, and spin 50+ articles per day. In one example, we had a script that pulled the most recent article on Google News every 5-10 minutes, spun it and posted it. We started actually getting listed in Google News ourselves, got mentioned on Twitter, and had a couple sites reference us that brought in 1,000+ visits at a time. In the end the site stopped ranking, but when it was ranking we made more than enough money to cover the autoblogs creation. Once you can get autoblogs to pay their own rent, it simply becomes a numbers game after that, and we've had success with all three strategies listed above.

As we get a little closer to releasing tools that will help more with autoblogging we are going to release a very detailed case study on this, and I'll be sure to update this thread when that happens.

For the API, I would use "\n" for a newline. 10k words right now might talk around half an hour to run in the API. For your last question, "returnspin=true" only returns one spin. If you want multiple variations I would suggest having the spintax returned and then spinning it on your end. At that point you can spin it manually however many times you want.

Glad everything got sorted out!

We are working on adding more sentence spinning and we should have a couple good improvements released over the next couple months. We have a couple sentence rewrites that are working in our development environment, however they aren't quite readable enough for us to roll them live. We are working on a couple changes that should let us do a better job figuring out whether a sentence rewrite makes sense or not. Once that is done, we will start adding a lot more different types of automatic sentence rewrites since WordAi will be able to do a much better job figuring out whether they make sense.

Paragraph spinning is something we are planning on adding very soon. We are developing an algorithm that can intelligently figure out what paragraphs can be moved around and what paragraphs can't. This feature will very likely be released in February, and should do a great job increasing uniqueness (while still having your article be readable). Stay tuned for more info!

I know there is a certain threshold where Google starts treating your site differently if you have regularly updated news articles. What's the bare minimum number of news articles that I would need to post daily and the number of words per article in order to get those kind of results from Google?

I was thinking about doing 10 100 word news articles, like this curation book I bought recommended.

As we get a little closer to releasing tools that will help more with autoblogging we are going to release a very detailed case study on this, and I'll be sure to update this thread when that happens.

Thanks I'm looking forward to it.

Sent a cancelation / refund request that hasn't been responded to yet.

Overall a good product, I think in the future it will be even better.

Unfortunately I don't know the answer to this. When we have done news sites we usually post quite a lot (some sites with one post every 5-10 minutes and some with one post every 30-60 minutes). Less could work, although I haven't tried it.

For articles, I just took whatever the top story was on Google at the time of the scrape, and checked to make sure it was a real article (over 200 words).

All cancellation requests from the last 2 days should be responded to. You are right about it getting better - I've talked to a couple people privately about it, but we have a couple major improvements coming down the pipeline :)

Hi Artificial_genius

i have just cancelled my subscription in Paypal because for personal matters I won't be able to spend much time on this sort of projects. The subscription ends at the end of the month (automatic renewal) but my access to WordAI has been terminated automatically which very surprising. I don't understand why you do this, but in any case I would like to use the tool for 2 weeks (if possible) since I paid until the 28th of Feb. If this is not possible (since I don't want to sign up again) could you please refund for those days I haven't used the tool?

thanks in advance

You can absolutely continue to use WordAi until the end of your billing period. Just go into your account and follow the instructions to re-activate it. Although you must confirm your Paypal (this is because we require an active payment method whenever you use WordAi) you will not be double charged. Our system automatically remembers when you were last charged and will not charge you until a month later. So if you still have two weeks left, you can re-activate your account, cancel it again before your two weeks are up, and you will not be charged again.

Hope that helps!

Hey I have a question.

Can I set a unique % rate and spin articles based on it?

Basically, I have articles already written in spintax format, I want the article rewritten as many times as possible while the artcile maintain a minimum of 80% unique rate bewtween themselves (the original article and all the spun versions). Is this possible?

OK, that makes sense but it wasn't clear on the pages (maybe you could improve this in the future). I will follow the steps and let you know if it's not working.

thanks

Kind regards

You can spin already spun articles in WordAi. There is no way to say "keep spinning until you get this % of uniqueness" but if you take an already spun article and select "Very Unique" you will likely only need to spin it once or twice to get to 80% uniqueness.

No problem, we'll definitely try to make sure our re-activation process is a little more clear in the future.

I am going to give this too more praise. The turing spinner is well worth the price!

I have a feature request / bug to fix though:
When downloading from the bulk spinner the txt files don't have the line breaks from the originals. They are just big blobs of text - which isn't the end of the world - but I would really like it to keep the line breaks :).

Another random question: how often do you update/add to the regular/turing spinner algorithm?

edit: please fix the line break issue quickly. It has screwed up a bunch of my articles :(. I'm trying to streamline my article submission.

The issue is that we were using newlines instead of carriage returns. Most word editors view them as the same, but a couple programs (Notepad is the prime offender) do not.

I have changed newlines into carriage returns (\n into \r\n) for the bulk exporter so you should be good to go from here on out.

For your development question, we have several different types of algorithm updates/additions. Our algorithm is designed to "learn" from any user input (whether that is manual spinning, or even just entering and spinning a new article). So in a sense it is updating every second.

In terms of real "code" updates we roll out updates generally every week. Two days ago we rolled out a couple updates designed to increase the speed of the Turing Spinner, and the week before we rolled out several updates designed to increase the quality of nested spinning. Those sorts of updates come pretty frequently but generally aren't mentioned because they are almost always "behind the scenes" updates. Although, in the future I think I am going to try to be a little more transparent about those small little updates, just so people know that WordAi is not static and is actively being developed and improved.

We also have a couple very major updates that are being worked on which will dramatically improve the quality of WordAi. A couple of them are coming in a couple weeks, and we have a very large update planned in 2 months or so that will lead to a very dramatic increase in readability and uniqueness. It has been, from the start, my goal to create AI that can automatically write content as effectively as a human can, and this upcoming update will bring us very close to that goal.
