Ryan Eagle Bought my FULL name domain - Legal?

So.. after my Thread about Blam, EWA, and Ryan not paying me. I made a blog http://ryaneaglescam.blogspot.com
I posted my story, with around 30 pics(proofs) of conversations, being promised payments etc since July, 2012. Here I am, in 2013, still not paid.

Anyway, I showed him my website, and today he sent me a msg on skype.. MYFULLNAME.com

Basicly he bought a domain with my full name...

I figured he would post shit about me, as the meaning was to threaten me to remove my blog, which I have done now, as I dont want any shit written about me on the internet, and especially not on MYFULLNAME.COM

Either way, is anything of what he did illegal? All the stuff I posted was 100% true, and he is RESPONSIBLE of paying me my money, and I have the right to post the story on the internet. Right?

Biggest dick move ever, after not paying me my 2,000$, and he even promised to pay me this thursday, now he says 3 weeks..

Why would you back down? He owes you $2k! If I were you, I would keep posting stories and proof on http://ryaneaglescam.blogspot.com and If he dared to post shit on MYFULLNAME.com I would sue the living hell out of him. I'm not a lawyer or anyone to give legal advice, but he ovbiously doesn't have any right to post a single thing on YOURFULLNAME.com, he's the one that owes you money, not the other way around.

I'm amazed you took your stuff down, don't back down to this bully! Whats he gonna say about you? nothing that will "really" cause you a great deal of harm. Its him with more to lose than you, buy a domain called ryan eagle is a scammer, and document what you've done so far. People need to know he is a scammer,
 
maybe we should all go out and purchase domains with our full names. just to protect our ass

If anyone decided to reg up my name on the net I would have reminded them that what was stated on my site was all factual and you were happy to stand by it, but if he wanted to escalate the shit he was already in then go ahead and libel me too, my lawyers are watching.

The reason I took it down was because I dont want to get it any trouble, idk..
 
The fact he retaliated in that manner proves you caused him distress. I'd post all the evidence you have on your blog as long as it is real evidence. Then if he proceeds to act in the above way and spread rumours about you that are not real you can begin legal proceedings to prosecute him for slander... As you have hard, real evidence he could not do that to you as what you are stateing is true and you have the evidence to back it up.. Keep all forms of communication backed up, emails, skype chat logs, if he has your number and he calls you inform him you're recording the call for legal reasons and keep that backed up on your computer aswell.. Also I pm'd you something that may be able to help you more ;)

then surely you could sue for that ... I'm no lawyer but hopefully theres one around that can give us the right answer on this.
 
Fucking sue the cunt for the bullshit sublimial "obey" message that comes up on your screen when you go to his ewa page. Personally i would just knock his ass out, and make sure you get it on video :)

That is pretty much the gyst of it.. In the UK if someone goes around spreading rumours, trying to intimidate you, make you look like the bad man and they have zero evidence to prove what they say is true you can seek legal advice and prsecute them for slander/distress/emotional blackmail the list goes on.. The fact Ryan retaliated this way proves he is still a kid at heart and has no place running a cpa network... OP I replied back to your pm, I hope it gives some form of help and I'd highly recomend contacting a solicitor of some form, print out all the evidence you have and present it to the solicitor.
 
Maybe others who haven't got paid should park other blog domains like "ryaneaglescammer.blogspot.com" and "scamryaneagle.blogspot.com" etc, before he does it.
