What?s your turnaround time?
All orders will be processed within 7 days after they are placed. In case you order more than 3 sites, we might need to take a few days more to deliver your order.
How do I order?
Just click ?Buy Now? after you have chosen your package. You will be taken to PayPal. After you submit the payment, you will be transferred to our order details page where you will be able to provide us with all necessary instructions and your contact information.
What methods of payment do you work with?
For the moment, we accept Paypal only.
What is your refund policy?
We do not accept refunds once the site is delivered, but we are more than willing to help you with any issue you may face with anything related to our service.
Does the price include domain and hosting?
No, domain and hosting costs run on the customer's end.
Can I reuse the premium WordPress theme on my other sites?
No, our license only allows installation of it on our clients sites. You are not allowed to reuse or resell it.
Can I update WordPress, themes and plugins?
You may, and should always keep WordPress up to date, but please use caution when updating the themes and plugins, as they are customized, and updating may disable some of the features. We will give you the names of specific plugins you should not change, and definitely refrain from updating the skins. Just as the old saying goes ?if it ain?t broke, don?t fix it?.
Do I need to give you my cpanel login details in order for you to start working on my site?
Having cpanel access allows us to setup the sites much faster. If you are concerned about security always remember that you don't need to give us access to all the domains in the account, only the one we need to work on. We can also give you a ZIP file with all you need to upload plus very easy to follow instructions if you would like to take care of the process yourself.
Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?
Yes, we do. We offer a 10% discount on bulk orders of 10 sites and above.
