SEO For My New Website

Hi blackhatters , i just started a new website and im looking for some seo services (cheap ones) so i've made a search on fiverr for the most rated gig in seo section , i would like to know if its worth going for that gig or no "I will build eminent backlink pyramid with 5000 profiles,most ********,include some edu gov,good seo for youtube by using xrumer senuke scrapebox for $5" !!
(please suggest me some good gigs)

really ?? cause i have a small budget so i thought i might start with fiverr till i get some money then go for something bigger , so what do you suggest ?

If you are looking to make some small affiliate sites that will last a few weeks and get some money sure buy that stuff and blast is to death but as I said it will only last a few weeks. If you are looking for long term I would just keep posting decent articles 1 every 1 or 2 days do some whitehat SEO yourself like guest posting press releases etc.. And maybe a few GSA links with high filters like 35OBL and min PR2 etc but not too much any of those fiverr gigs like most prob kill your site in the long run.

The cheapest way to do this is:
1.have new content on your site (more the better but keep it something like 1 article per day)
2. after that get yout linkes on social sites with page rank bigger then 5
3. get some other users, real users, from that sites to exchange votes with you (to get your link on 1st page of that site, usually need at least 6 votes per day)

I do this as many times I can for my website, this way I recover after the last penguin update in just 6 days.(website was deleted and unranked from google) Page rank is back and it is in ranked better in SERP
