There are plenty of threads all over these forums telling you many different ways to build a website.
Google can tell you more.
Try WordPress, it's relatively easy to set up even for a beginner, and it's plugin system make it rather simple to add whatever functionality you may need. Good Luck.

Ok, my experience so far with Link Collider. I signed up a week ago, left everything at default so I would get more page views, and my page views went up exponentially, I would have kept going had I not realized what I should have thought of in the first place, the page views are not from people who are actually interested in your website for the most part, so expect your bounce rate to go waaaaay up.
So, my page views went up drastically during the days I used LC, then when I stopped they dropped back to normal, THEN they dropped to way below what they were before I used LC. Probably because Google seen the sudden huge increase in bounce rate and decided to chuck my ass to the bottom of the pile again. Thanks Link Collider!

I signed up for link collider a few days ago before I saw this thread
I saw a spike in traffic for one day and then usual traffic for other
days and yep, my bounce rate was high. I noticed that most of the
Twitter followers, will follow you for one day and then unfollow, so overall
it doesn't seem that effective for me when it comes to building traffic,
unless I am not doing something right.

Nope... We only do SEO. - Sorry that was too easy. Look to your left and you will see all kinds of sections/categories/topics. Over there they have a section for this.

As far as Link Collider... not sure how you could do anything but get 500 visitors a day on one page of your site for 25 seconds. Gain a few non traffic twitter followers. Get a few other things.. SEO mean optimization. Page Rank or maybe somehow some Alexa could come out of this. If someone ever bought off of your site from link collider please post -- that would astonish me.
