I just saw the shitlist so i am here to state a few more things too.I am an investor as well i putted 1000$ , after 30+ days passed and no payments received (we were promised 50% bi weekly payments for 6 weeks) i was forced to protect my funds and act with paypal.Vishal of course never refunded me willingly but i managed to win the case with paypal and get my money back.
So i did sent a pm yesterday to bz regarding this matter that 2 more investors , joshweaver9 and Dailo are owed money.Anyways i believe that gegejosper is the same responsible as vishal in this as he posted a jv thread under those circumstances in behalf of vishal.If you want to i can provide skype log where you can see how stupidly vishal defends himself and gives us lame excuses.I totally understand how joshweaver feels and posted the original thread here saying "There are literally so many absolutely ridiculous details regarding his stupidity that ill let him reply before I go further and waste my breath." thats exactly how you would feel if you talk to this vishal guy.
When i talked to vishal 40 days ago on skype he was pretending to be gegejosper and trying to lure investors in this "look at my bhw profile its reputable" thing.Anyways gegejosper says that none else is owed money except joshweaver9 and Dailo but if i hadnt been able to win the paypal case i would be in the same situation as the rest so my interest for what i invested has still not been payed the 500$.
The judgment of course is for the mods.If you need anything from me any info i can provide them

All I have asked for has been my initial amount to be refunded for weeks. I'm not concerned with the interest element either.
gege has continued to state, I have offered to refund your money, partially. Someone needs to educate him on what a refund is. I have tried to do it but perhaps someone else will have more success with it.

Ok so you admit you played a deceiving role here.Not only you posted a jv thread on behalf of Vishal but you were giving his skype id to potential investors and vishal was pretending to be you and taking advantage of the reputable of your account (although i cant see any reputation there) and luring more easily investments.You are the same responsible to return the money to the investors as vishal is.Return the funds to joshweaver9 and Dailo in full as Zen19 instructed you

If you and vishal are different persons, then at every stage and on everyday, you both must have exchanged a lot of chat comments (to each other of course). Can you provide all those chat details (without re-editing them in any way) to the mods here? They would love to see what transpired/schemed between you two! There must be less than 50 such chat records and it won't be difficult for you to copy/paste them. That would throw a lot of light on your friend vishal's mentality, and will help us all take precautionary actions in similar future cases.
Of course that will not make you less responsible for the scam.
Did he also wrote all those posts on that JV thread? Of course you mentioned you 'posted'... i.e., copy/pasted what he wrote to you privately -- and without thinking about the consequences at any stage!? Didn't it occurred to you at any stage that you were being 'used'?
Are you also involved in writing copy on his other website? It seem that you are...

Too early to tell, but it seems that Vishal and Gege are the same person. It would be an enlightenment if skype screenshot conversation is posted rather than copy paste the text.
Great way to scam people and an escape goat script when times get rough... Good luck if he ever will return the money. 2k+ is a lot to just let go by scammers. -- just my personal opinion!

I think they both are different. I've seen gegejosper's photo and he's not an Indian. He looks too young and he has been scammed before on FxxxLxxx marketplace. I have checked most of his details on the net. Doesn't seem to be a person who'd scam others easily. I guess, he was an easy 'fish' for vishal who has a site that shares the server of another notorious scammer website. I want gegejosper to give us all details about Vishal though.
Once we know some more details, we can demand Vishal to cough up all the dues. He obviously can't run afar now. Vishal's site is mentioned above in one of gege's posts. Look at its host server details. The same host site is another scammer site, and it can be used to hook up Vishal. He obviously has a lot of info spread around on the net and some more details by gege will help pinpoint Vishal.
Gege has done a huge wrong by teaming up with vishal and becoming an equal part (if not more than equal part because of his status here) in the scam. Gege should now cooperate fully and provide all details of vishal that he has, alongwith all the communication he had with Vishal.

I already know that. I would like you to give everything about him, the chats you had, all... to mods here. If I get their permission to see those things, I may be able to get to Vishal. Some member on the JV thread had said he had telephonic discussion with Vishal. That number would help. I think I know his last name too, but atm, I am not 100% sure about it.

Or he will be reported to the local police for committing online fraud. If that happens, it will end his career and ruin his life forever. The telephone number is sufficient to nail him. His poor parents would be in trouble too if he evades law, or evades paying up the dues. The police has a rough way of asking about his activities and there will be many sessions with his family members. He must not allow this to happen to his relatives.

That would be his last chance to save him from law. He can't escape it if he doesn't repay our members at once. I hope he has a working brain inside him. Imo it should be a written rule that any one vouching in a jv thread will be held responsible and will face serious consequences when things go wrong. In such situations they are enabling the scammers, and without any sort of accountability "vouching for someone" is totally worthless.

There will be someone who will help us with his details from that telephone number. It's an Idea Cellular, Maharashtra zone number. From there someone can find more info on him. His college / office / parents all will become visible. The university forum admins can help find him by searching their members for that telephone number. Then an online fraud can be reported to the Cybercell Mumbai and also to the local police. They can handle this case in their own style. Let Vishal come to senses and report here first. Only that would save him...
