P.S.: Can someone tell me how one can use a mobile that has Maharastra-based cell service, and also be a student of GOIIT which is based in Delhi (or is GOIIT based in Goa, but it has a Delhi address)? If he is a IIT student, why would he risk his quality future for a couple of thousand Dollars, which is not much either? I mean, he would be earning a lot more monthly as a starting salary once he begins working. Those IIT guys get top salaries in India and abroad.

This is why I am doubting his being a GOIIT student. But from the telephone number and the fact that members have spoken to him on that number, it would help in nailing him whether he is in Delhi or Kolkata or in Mumbai.

I have already escalated the claim to a PayPal dispute. He has until the 15th to answer. About it being solved.. How? Gege isn't the richest person and Vishal doesn't have cash either.

And this is from Vishal on skype: The project is down, and due to DDOS attack the project is almost dead. So please give me time and and everyone will receive refunds.
I will update the specific date about refund.
 
When did Vishal sent you this message, gege? Why doesn't he come on forum and say that himself.

With so much happening, I think he may repay everyone though. How old do you think that person is? I mean, he sounded like a teen, or an adult person when you spoke with him? I have some suspicion about who is actually involved -- the dad or the son?

Vishal just sent me message on skype a few minutes ago. Not sure if he can post here since his account has 8 posts? I think Vishal is adult person.
 
Vishal has now initiated contact with me. He will soon side with the PayPal dispute, will update if that will be the case.

EDIT: Seems like he can't side with the dispute, doesn't have any funds in his account. We'll wait until the 15th, when PayPal will side with me automaticly.

As an Indian, he can't have any positive balance in his PP account. He will have to top up with CC or the account will have negative balance or something of that sort.

I think the account he used with me, wasn't based in India.. think it was a Canadian account.
 
WOW! Who gave him that? That poor third person (with the Canadian PP) is a loser now! lol. Now after gege, he has lost his shoulder because this fellow has used their shoulders to fire his rubbish plans! Now PP will pull out money from that Canadian account or his bank to pay you the dues. Before that gege repaid part of the dues. Our fellow is paying nothing out of his pockets.

@ gege, see how foolish and dangerous some decisions can be...

It was never down. I had been there about 8 hours ago... hmm... put the dog's tail inside a tube for 10 years... the tube will become bent but the tail won't become straight. :) The guy is shameless.
