I haven't done exactly this in years (I became more of a forum creeper), I can make a user friendly gui universal bot builder so that anyone would be able to create their own bots robustly for smaller or large scale applications (top comment bot? too easy). I am a bit rusty on my programming skills, but I could pick it back up with ease if it can be beneficial to myself and others.
One problem is, I don't know how to monetize my efforts. Okay, maybe you do, but that's why I kind of need someone's help. I would also need proxies to test and build the mechanism. I'm sure something like this could be sold and I could make a decent income from the software I develop itself, but I want to be able to reap the benefits from my software to my personal projects. I am interested in marketing music using black hat methods, retaliating directly against major music industry. I use YouTube, Soundcloud, Reverbnation, Twitter, and Facebook as my networks. If you are interested in lending me a helping hand, I would greatly appreciate your efforts.

Put IM affiliate links in the header/footer section and distribute it freely, you will have some great revenues, in case you manage to gather a decent user base. I would not bother to charge people for this, at least in it's current state, there are more capable open source automation tools. So target the IM forums and add some functions for noob friendly account creation automation and you will win. Maybe distribute a small template gallery with basic tasks like hotmail, yahoo account creation. Good luck.

Are you saying as far as a tutorial for people on the forums? I honestly don't know the numbers or how active the market is, how much are we talking here? All these features you were suggesting I have already thought about, and it's pretty simple to me actually. With my software, you can easily make minor edits to existing scripts to keep them up to date.
I can imagine some people making some pretty complex auto mation bots with this, so I figure adding the ability to export your scripts as their own executable so one could easily dispatch across their bot networks.
Like I said, I haven't programmed in a few years... I was deeply interested in game design and was coding at 13. It takes a lot of time and effort to put together software. Been there, done that. Committing to a project can be risky. My main concern is will I see my efforts pay off?

I mean spread the software on all IM forums for maximum exposure, get their email in exchange for a free automation template for your soft, market them IM products etc. Put some PPI in the installer, if your app is really useful, you will get 10k+ downloads monthly. You can sell your program later on, when it will be more feature packed. I don't see why would not pay off well.

I can't see generating a worthwhile revenue with this method. Do people really donate other than cancer research and starving African babies?

Definitely sell it. As much as i would love to get that for free, selling it will get you more money.

This could work, but I know personally, I wouldn't buy my own software (or any software really, I can't afford). rather have the customer "pay" for the software indirectly. That would seem to benefit everyone as a community.

Creating a mailing list could have some value to me. The only way I would consider PPI if it was legit and useful software.
So I'm going to do a little more brainstorming on the gui structure / queuing system and I'll get back with more updates. Any features you would like to see?

My tool can already do this but needs to be loaded with proxies. Does anyone by chance know the max views from a single IP you can obtain?
If someone can supply me with proxies while I work on this, I would gladly include an affiliation link suggesting users to pick up their proxies from you for as long as the software is alive.
I would eventually build a proxy scraper but that's a bit down the development line.

So I've been reading a lot programming spiders and web crawlers and I'm confident enough to say that this bot will soon be multi-threaded, will have parsing tools for html, and can send and receive webrequests without the need of opening a browser to perform clicks. However, combining these features is best as it makes automated tasks perform incredibly fast while offering extremely flexibility. Oh, and it's made for humans!

OK so I have been putting a lot of thought into this project. I am going to change it up on you guys just a bit. I don't want to go into exact details publicly (traffic exchange, but if you are interested in becoming a part of this project, quickly reach me via Skype (kidchemic). I have been putting massive amounts of time and thought into the software itself, even made a visual workflow diagram on a white board. I've also calculated the numbers and have looked them over time and time again, and it's pretty flawless in fact. Except I have one hurdle...

Does anyone know a method how I can make at least $5.00 from a single IP in one day, and be able to collect all that? If so, I am on to something very huge.
For the example I have made, I should be able to do this quite easily using ******. That is approximately 1 visit every 30 seconds.
My problem is, I would either need to use many alternate services or many ****** accounts (with unique billing addresses), which I cannot see being practical/possible at this point.
How do I rake all my funds in?

This ONE THING is holding me back... I know the market is very rich for this sort of thing if presented correctly. There's no trickery, or gimmicks, and I plan to form a bonding trust between myself and the developing community. Everyone will be VERY pleased with results, including myself. Right now, I'm running solo, which sucks. I need a side kick or crew, preferably Black Hatters, Internet Marketing educated, Programming knowledge (not required), and... *I hate to ask of this* ...resources.
