You do not need to pay taxes!

How exactly does the IRS catch you for not filing tax returns? I mean how do they know u even made money. I know some people that own ecommerce websites or even sell on Ebay using Paypal who was never paid nor filed a tax return ever since they started biz online.

yeah i know of somebody that does the same thing, as they make a killing with selling on there website and on ebay and they use paypal and have never paid anything in for taxes... i am to much of a chicken for that stuff... actually to much of a chicken or smart?

...
I am walking proof that you can stick it to uncle sam if you never filed before.

If you don't want to pay taxes that is one the better ways to do it for the common man, if you don't exist in their database you don't exist. However, coming on a public board stating as much wasn't one of the best things you could have done. As long as you've got the cash to do and buy what you want you're alright since you won't be able to get credit for mortgages, car loans, etc. The other method that virtualgeorge mentioned is by the far the best, having friends in high places and being above the law. Can't beat that. :usa2:

This post by CyberDilemma shows the different methods the IRS is starting to use to track online businesses, a great post that nobody seemed to notice. Go figure.

Everyone doesn't get caught but all that needs to happen is to come under the IRS's radar and then you're in for a rough ride. The IRS also has a whistle blower program where you can collect 15% of the amount collected.

Disgruntled employees or independent contractors, ex-girlfriend/boyfriend, bone headed neighbors, forum members are just a few of the ways you you can become known to the IRS. If you live like a pauper, have no visible assets and can prove how you've been able to live without any income you may be alright.

Otherwise, good luck - you will need it.

That is just plain stupid. Don't people ever get tired of all these theories? I know I sure do. NWO? Yeah, sure. And Elvis is still alive. I saw him working in a grocery story in Michigan. True story. I even have a youtub3 video of it.

Elvis is a vampire. Read the Sookie Stackhouse series which was the basis for the HBO special True Blood :-)

I just spent so much time reading this dumb ass thread and I am now sitting here attempting to figure out why. When it is all said and done. People are going to believe and feel what they believe and feel. People can always find some paragraph about paying or not paying taxes and put into whatever context that works for "them";

But I doubt that any post in this thread has swayed what any reader already felt as though he was going to do, or was already doing. I do not think that the people who are not paying taxes are going to have an epiphany and say "Let me start paying my taxes" and I dont think that its going to change the believers on the other side of the spectrum.

I know that "I" have not paid my taxes in a few years. I also know that the IRS knows all about it because of all the letters they keep sending me saying "pay what you owe". I also know that if I continue to not pay my taxes and what I owe continues to grow "I" will be sitting in jail. (Would not be the first time)

So all that I can say is do whatever helps you sleep better at night. But with anything know the benefits and consequences of anything that "you" do.

Do this incorrectly and you are STILL going to be taxed.
I understand that. Americans who renounce their citizenship would be taxed as if they had sold all of their property at fair-market value the day before. That's of course assuming the IRS could collect. Kind of hard to collect if the IRS doesn't know what all those assets are, where they are, and where you are as a citizen of another country, assuming you don't try to re-enter the U.S.

Always pay your taxes in US, they suck but would you rather live in a 3rd world country. There are way worse places you could be living or grow up at and save 27-33%. If you really don't want to pay for U.S. living just move, not a big deal.

It works out, since anyone foolish enough to believe one stupid premise, is likely to believe three stupid premises.

Feel free to watch any or all of them, if you want to waste a few hours and a lot of brain cells... please don't pay though, that only encourages them.

Decent article on why otherwise smart people believe in such tripe.

I also believe that 9/11 was the result of Islamic terrorists intent on attacking the West for a variety of reasons-some real (they are really mad at us) and some imagined (getting access to 40+ virgins in their version of heaven) and that we really did go to the moon in the 60's.

I saw the movie Zeitgeist too and I researched on some of the aspects that interest me.For example in your decent article that you posted I quote

If you believe that then is something wrong there because I saw the movies with the airplane that crashed in pentagon ..and i didn't see any trace of the airplane near pentagon..same with wtc, religion and all that..
Not all things are lies in that movie and if you post an article of a friend/unknown blogger ..that doesn't mean he is an authority on the subject.Regarding the taxes I didn't researched that aspect and from what you posted I believe you on that matter .Some things are true some are not...but that movie is not a complete nonsense..

Right, it's call renouncing your citizenship.

Alternatively, if you are a U.S. citizen and you live outside the U.S. and earn income overseas, you can use the Foreign Earned Income Exclusion to avoid taxes on the first $80,000 of income.

Does this apply to doing your banking and web hosting overseas if you own an online business?

That I suppose would be for capital gains tax. There MIGHT be some ways around that. I was referring to an issue where if you are deemed to renounce your citizenship for tax avoidance reasons, they will still tax you for x years into the future. Still hard to collect assuming you don't try to re-enter the US. However if they trump up some charges to get you extradited you'd still be f*cked.

Regarding the re-entry as a former citizen, there seems to be some debate. However it is clear that if they want to harass you when you re-enter, they will.

Yes, it IS complete nonsense. I don't know why people continue to trust any of the arguments in this movie after so many of them have been completely shot down.

Just to clarify for others reading this. THIS GUY THINKS NO PLANE HIT THE PENTAGON. What, was it a CRUISE MISSILE, OMG?!

The reality is, there is TONS of evidence that a plane hit the pentagon (aside from the obvious).

-Street lamps were ripped out of the ground by the wings of the plane, as well as a generator being knocked out of place. Cruise missiles don't have wings!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

-The damage to the pentagon matches up with software simulations of a plane hitting the building. I mean, for Christ's sake, the wings damaged the building! Again, cruise missiles don't have wings!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

-The landing gear (one of the heaviest parts of the plane) was found inside the pentagon after breaking through several walls. Cruise missiles don't have landing gear!!!!!!!!!

-The camera footage released by the pentagon, although seemingly lacking, DOES in fact show a plane in one of the frames, in the exact location predicted by computer models.

But seriously, the "no plane" argument is so ridiculous, even most truthers have dropped it.

Yeah you're right.I was only watching the movies with no evidence of the airplaine...the one's with the airplaine crashing in pentagon were taken by f.b.i ..so maybe that's why :lmao:

Of course they match with the simulation ... Well considering that all the video surveillance are at the fbi ..how else can you match ...?Regarding the cruise missle ...they do damage in such a way that it looked like an airplane hit the building...and they do have wings :D

This camera footage?Is it a tiny airplane...or don't I see it right?

It's because they want to believe. It makes them feel "special" thinking they somehow have the truth, insider knowledge. Facts are irrelevant to them. They believe what they want to, despite the facts. You can't convince them with facts, since they immediately discount any information that doesn't fit into their conspiracy as being from a source that is part of the conspiracy.
