I just wanted to add my own experience with Fiverr. I used them for adding followers and likes and had very positive experiences so far. I would also recommend trying to find a seller that has a lot of positive feedback and one that has done many gigs. Just watch out for BS gigs where the seller has complaints or hasn't really done more than a handful of gigs for that service.
