I need Facebook Contest Votes , I'd like the accounts to be all from different IP's , they need to have pictures , activity , friends and feel real !

Lots of requests for this type of service, but I didn't really see any good suggestions/answers. Is there anyone out there who offers or can suggest ways to get FB votes from unique people/IP addresses? You can post to forums, look in exchanges and trade with people etc. but are there other concrete suggestions/solutions that anyone would recommend?
I am very interested in hearing more about this, seeing how it works, and most importantly, how much it costs. Thank you.
