I think you misunderstood. A couple of patches on top of X2 should increase the minor version number. And the full version number, I believe, was what frederickpc requested.

If you add this feature, at least if you add an "About" dialog box showing the full version, we know if we're running the latest version.

I totally understood, the patches that were released were because my hand was forced to get out updates quickly and in the middle of my normal development cycle .. it wont contiue like this and this is the first time its been this way in the past

Yea, even that, there is a difference in build number sequence if you implement it.

An update is an update. The purpose of the suggestion is to prevent users (us) from updating when it is not necessary.

I'm having a little trouble here, I have used the Destruction kit to successfully reach a 82% solve rate on a captcha but CS it's giving 100% incorrect answers in real world use.

I have a feeling that I might be missing a setting here but I read the "Help" documentation and followed everything.

When I double click the captcha CS runs the "test" so to speak and the answer is on par, but when the captcha type comes through when running my programs it's not even close.

Even if you're not part of the CS dev. team feel free to state your opinion as I just want to get this working.

I need help with captcha sniper crapping out on me when left alone for about 6+ hours. I reduced the retries from GSA to 0, but it's freezing up again and I need to come back and end process through the task manager.

Is there a way to autorestart captcha sniper every hour or something like that? I think this might help me get past this problem.

Please make sure you are using the latest version. I had to release a couple of patched in a row and there are still some using the version that causes the symptoms you described.

I downloaded the new one a day before yesterday.. and yesterday everything seemed to be working.. though CS was crashed again this morning :S

Hm, I copied the file that was emailed to me to my server. It's still asking me for my transaction ID when I start. Anyone know what I could be doing wrong ?

Upgrading does not require a new license file. Just use the uninstaller in the Cs folder and then delete everything left in the CS folder except your .lic file. Reinstall in the same folder

Please be sure you are placing the file, CaptchaSniper1.0.all (be sure that your email client has not appended any rogue extensions to the filename) in the folder where CaptchaSniper.exe exists (usually c:\program files (x86)\captcha sniper).
