I saw a television documentary, that many Indian people consider 35$ per month a good salary, I do not know anything about India, so I was expecting to pay them a little more and give someone a job, I do not want in any way to explore someone, but if in your Country 35$ is a good salary, 100$ shouldn't be that bad.
