I saw a television documentary, that many Indian people consider 35$ per month a good salary, I do not know anything about India, so I was expecting to pay them a little more and give someone a job, I do not want in any way to explore someone, but if in your Country 35$ is a good salary, 100$ shouldn't be that bad.

Of course 100$ is very low for European standards, but that's not the point here.

At any case, if what I said is not the reality, I'm sorry, but that was what I saw on the TV documentary about India, if you can give me a better insight on India, I appreciate it.

I think you got misguided by the documentary. Which F*in documentary said $35 is the average wage? Possibly, the poor are making that and they don't have any skills and you want a skilled graphics designer.The average middle class guy in India earns around $200-400 per month. If you are looking for a graphics designer with the skills you want, I don't think you will find any decent designer at the salary you want to offer.

I would suggest you increase your offer if you want someone half decent.

if you need web designers/developers from India.. consider a budget of atleast $500 per month and you can get some good freshers..

Like I said, I don't know nothing about India, I saw that documentary and I thought "if 35$ is a good salary, if I offer 100$ shouldn't be that bad", I'm not insulting, being rude, etc for Indian people.

I thought it was a Win-Win deal.

Be aware of this next time and oblige. This is a forms where we try to maintain a very high standard. We respect our members and everything about them. Do not hurt them or their feelings after seeing some stupid documentary. They are as much intelligent as anyone else here. Respect them and you'll make enough friends that may even work for you for those low payments if you cannot afford higher payments. It's trust, respect, and friendships that run businesses here. Others land in the Shitlists.

If I wanted to explore/insult someone I wouldn't do this, I just did this because based on that documentary, I thought that I could hire people for a low salary (for me), and a high salary (for Indian people).

There's threads on BHW with people offering 1000$ per month to webdesigners in India, and even then, there's people saying that 1000$ it's a low salary...
Seriously, stfu, I guess that by now, everyone knows that for example in UK a good webdesigner can earn 100k+ per year, but that's not the reason for every webdesigner in the World earn the same.

And to end this stupid conversation, understand that my intention was to give a better salary to any Indian guy that earned a low income and knew how to webdesign, if that salary is not 35$ and it is 400$, then so be it, but you need to realise, that I didn't knew that, until now.
