Looking for a Indian Web designer - Full Time Job

Currently I'm looking for a honest Indian Web-Designer that can do some of this tasks:

- Create Websites,
- Post adverts on other websites,
- Post content on my websites,
- Create banners,
- I'll require some other tasks, that if you don't know how to do them, I'll teach you,

What I will ask you to do in the short-term will be the following:

- Create a Online TV Streaming Website.
- Create 2 Direct Download Websites.

I will require you to work for me full-time, that will be:

- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday,
- From: 9:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 18:00 on your local time.
- Payment every week by PayPal (I pay the fees), of 5$ per day at the beginning, after a couple of time, if I like your work and I'm starting to get profit, I'll pay 10$+ per day.

You need to have Skype, if you want to talk we can talk in English, otherwise we can use instant messenger.

I know 5$ per day is not a lot of money, it represents 100$ per month, but it's better than nothing right?

I saw a television documentary, that many Indian people consider 35$ per month a good salary, I do not know anything about India, so I was expecting to pay them a little more and give someone a job, I do not want in any way to explore someone, but if in your Country 35$ is a good salary, 100$ shouldn't be that bad.

Of course 100$ is very low for European standards, but that's not the point here.

At any case, if what I said is not the reality, I'm sorry, but that was what I saw on the TV documentary about India, if you can give me a better insight on India, I appreciate it.

$5 means 55 X 5 = Rs 275 per day, i.e. Rs. 8250 per month, which is more than the avg salary that the new designers get in India. So I don't think it's such a bad deal for the n00bs

That will barely pay for an internet connection and electricity bill per month.
Dont judge anything based on some documentary.

Internet connection costs around $15 a month and in an average household in India, the bill is around $15 - $20 as well!!
So, a net profit of $65 - $70 !!

My internet connection=50$(25 mbps) and electricity bill in summers is about 50-60$.
So net loss=10$

He will need some tools like FTP / TBS / Photoshop / etc. , won't he, so I guess you'll handle that part, at least TBS or PS to make things easier for the designer?

If so, will you charge hourly to handle the designer's tool or will it be free?

With your first $5 advance payment, I will shop for a month. That's the reason I won't be working in between shopping -- like others.

Make it $10 hourly and you'll get good quality freelancers. Forget the geographical boundaries.

I'm from india and ill asure you people having doubts about it , yes i agree there are parts villages actually where they struggle to earn that much , but seriously people in the city are making big bux and i'm sure the least would be atleasat 7-10$ per day in IT sector

I will offer 7$ per day and you don't have to work full-time, I just want some websites done, but of course a website that takes 1 week to make you can't tell me that you'll need 1 month.

lol. 'That guy' was probably giving you a full advance invoice for (1000 divided by 5) number of days. IMHO.. Pay him that amount. I guess that's real cheap cost for you for that project and that many days.
