Actually, the new version is faster than Botstagram has ever been. Try checking the forums more. You'll see that the new version is very strong.

meaculpa and Sniper7, how ironic is it that you create tools for painless business growth yet you can't get it together in the customer service department? If you provide customer service on your own forum, then say so. Lost yet another $47 sale. You guys could have it made with a category killer.

First, sorry for your troubles but there is an email called SUPPORT which is stated everywhere
you could simply email to support and your refund would have been handled right away. (thats if you still can use your 30day refund policy)
OP was too busy to make sure the bot will work for all of our costumers. we decided to stop sell the bot not because its not working its because we took it of the API and now its an hack tool and we don't do that we don't want to sell hack tools this is not our goal and vision hence we decided to stop sell the bot in other hand we couldn't leave a non working bot for all of our costumers because instagram made a serious change to commenting through API so we decided to take it off the API and make it exclusive only to our group of costumers. atm the bot works perfectly and updates is keep coming as you can see on our forums.
P.S an announcement has been sent via email and posted through the forum about closing sales.
Bontii same answer goes to you. if you'd be more in our forum you'd found out that recently a lot of changes
has been made in Botstagram.
Sorry for your feelings but as I said to bontii, we have made a lot of changes into botstagram lately including
add more support members to the staff. a new skype group chat is also opened.

Up to know who ever asked for refund received it. we are not forcing anyone to use our bot.
Anyone who has used the bot less than 30days and asked for his money back got it! (it wasn't was as much as you think we have a lot of happy costumers specially due to new updates and taking the bot off the API)

I'm very happy to see that most of you understand our situation. We did actually get hacked, but nobody got to any customer details. They only got access to our wordpress install. We've stopped selling the software but we haven't stopped updating the software, as we're getting ready for our 1.1 official launch, which all of our customers are getting for free. The reason we're not selling is quite simple. I don't feel comfortable selling a tool that's basically a hacking tool, which the new Botstagram had to become after Instagram changed their API. Yes, we're focussing on our new software, which will launch soon as well. We've learned a lot from Botstagram. We've learned that customer support is a lot more important than we thought and that our next tool will have to be more stable.
Neither of us had ever sold software before, so the mistakes we've made were sometimes very stupid. However, we've never held money from someone who wanted a refund. We've never told someone off because he wanted a refund. We're honest people, we just had no experience. With the experience we've gathered now, we expect our next software to bring a nicer experience to us, but more important, our customers.
Thanks for sticking with us. I realize some people aren't exactly happy with us, and I totally understand that. We've done our best to keep everyone happy, but with a team of two people, that's difficult. For now we're focussed on getting the official Botstagram 1.1 release out while building our next piece of software. You guys will be hearing from us a lot more, and hopefully that will be in a more positive light.
