Prayers Part 4 - 2 Days Left - Once Again Bad News

I'm writing this post in a new thread because this time Diamond Damien has given me permission to post my plog link in the thread. I will post that link in a minute. Please only leave comments that are related to the thread.

First though I would like to express my frustration. I just heard from my attorney today and was informed that once again, the psychologist left a bad recommendation. He said that my children should not be returned home to me yet because I believe that I am a good parent! Can you believe this shit? This is the same psychologist that I specifically asked not to be sent to for a second time, and CPS said it would be better for me if I went back to him. How is this better, and how is this just?

I just finished reading through your story, and I have to say that this whole situation is crazy!

I've never been in a circumstance where I had to deal with CPS and I always pretty much thought of them as the good guys that help kids in bad families. I had no idea things like this actually happened to parents and it really is a complete nightmare. Not only is it horrible that this is happening to you, it's really sad to see that they are wasting resources on taking kids away from a loving parent instead of helping kids who are in trouble.

So sorry that you are going through this and will definitely pray for you (even though I don't know you personally) to get through this with a favorable outcome.

And for those who ask why I am so depressing in other places..... On the contrary. More like motivating! I keep my head up and keep fighting no matter how hard it is, and rally for support from my peers. Ones sided is possible, but fact is I have legal documents to back up every single statement I make. I have documents from the state that clearly contradict themselves.

I keep my head up and keep fighting no matter how hard it is, and rally for support from my peers. Ones sided is possible, but fact is I have legal documents to back up every single statement I make. Well the good thing about texas is that we (taxpayers) have the media on our side. I was trying to wait until this is all over with, but I am definitely thinking about calling them tomorrow and having them outside the court friday

If the state feels some media heat they will back down a lot quicker.

News teams will flock to your side if you tell them your story and show them all the records you've been keeping.

thejake I respect your opinion so I approved your comment in my blog So let me explain. CPS made us get wic! I DO NOT recieve foodstamps or wellfare! I take care of my kids VERY well. And there is not a DAMN thing I am not telling! I can upload every damn document I have to prove what I say, and I can show it to every mod or anyone who has any doubt. So just because they take my kids under false pretenses I can not take care of my kids and I am on wellfare and foodstamps? Now I am fulltime IM and doing well. Bro, you know you're always in our Prayers and we expect that someday soon the courts will rule in your favor. It's been WAY too long for your kids to be away from their GOOD family!

IMO and a little experience our courts at least in Texas tend to go by satistical data over 20yrs old and made by dipsh*ts who have never been in a fist fight much less your home, her home, my home, anybody's home... All (many) they do is read and look at pictures with lobbiest, have cocktails, and push laws through without any forsite.
